+Head of Staff - 

This is the person who runs the everyday business. The head of staff can be norm or mutant but it is preferred that they're a norm. They can be part of the current staff or a newcomers, but they can not be a fresh from school, they will need to have years of experience that makes them qualified to run the asylum. They are preferred to be 30+ in age.

+Head of Security - 

This is the person who controls the guards. They assign the guards to the patients and who watch the front doors, and search the island when there is a break out. There is only one and they can be either norm or mutant, this time it really does not matter, they need to have at least 5 years of being experienced as a Guard before they can be the head. They must be 25+ in age.

+Chief of Medicine(s) - 

These is the head doctor(s). They are the ones who control the Doctors and assigns the patients. The medical doctors are assigned to make sure physical health is perfect. Psychological Doctors are assigned to "help" the patients get better.  They need to have 10 years of experience as a doctor in their practice and must be 30+ years in age. Prefer for these people to be Norms.

+Research Coordinator - 

This person works under the general direction of Chief of Medicine(s), and provides overall coordination of project(s). This main project is to figure out where mutations come from and why mutation have been showing up more and more often. They oversee the use of human subjects (patients), write and edit reports and manuscripts, develop and monitor reports. They must be at least 25 years old, experience isn't as important as the other positions only need to have been a researcher for 3+ years. Must be a Norm.

+Head Nurse - 

The head nurse is responsible for the direction, organization and strategic planning of the nursing unit within the asylum. This executive is involved in assessing, evaluating and setting nursing care standards and objectives for the asylum. In addition to overseeing the operations of the nursing unit, head nurse is to provide leadership and supervision to their direct reports, including lead nurses and the nursing staff. They have to be at least 30 years old and have 10+ years in experience. Can be either norm or Mutant.

+Lead Nurses(3) - 

Lead nurses are there for the nursing staff to come to when the head nurse is away from the asylum for any reason. There is three lead nurses for Morning Shift (6am-2pm), Afternoon Shift (2pm-10pm), and Night Shift (10pm-6am). They reports directly to the Head Nurse while the shift nurses report to the leads.The Lead Nurses are told by the Head Nurse who does what and who goes where. Must be at least 25 years old and have 5+ years of nursing experience. Can be either norm or mutant.

+H.R. - 

This person maintains and enhances the asylum's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. This person is only here for the happiness and health of the employees, they tend to ignore the patients and turn a blind eyes to the 'research' the Research Coordinator does on the Patients. This person needs have at least management experience and 5 years of experience working as a H.R. They need to be at least 25, and must be a norm. 

Janitor(4) - 

There people keep the buildings in clean and orderly condition. They perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish for the asylum and dorms. They also clean the hospital and morgue so they must be able to handle blood. The age, experience, and norm/mutant does not matter for this position. 

Priest - 

The priest is a person authorized to perform the sacred rituals for Catholicism, especially as a mediator agent between humans and God. They also have the authority or power to administer religious rites; in particular, rites of marriage, and prayer to forgive sins.  Must be at least 30+ and have been ordained. Must be norm. 

Town Shop Owners - 

Any person who owns a shop in town. Must be at least 20 years of age and have a degree in business. Norm or mutant doesn't matter. *If you wish for a board to be made for your 'shop' please PM the admin with a description of your shop board and the title for it*

To take a + character you need at least one other character and have been active on the site for at least a month. You must prove to the staff that you are able to keep active and truly want the character. If you meet these requirements please PM a member of staff, or post here in this thread saying your interested. If you get the go ahead make their application and wait for approval.
